I hope you've all been well these past couple of months. For those who may be interested, in a last-moment turn of good fortune, I had the pleasure of traveling to England for an art history class. Aside from getting a wonderful dose of another culture, I got to see a tremendous amount of massive museums with tremendously exhaustive world collections. Likewise, I got to see a staggering number of iconic landmarks and breathtaking ancient historical sites. It truly was the time of a lifetime for me.
What I got to see, first hand, were embodiments of the creative human spirit, and the embodiments of its demise; the good and the bad in history, and the entwined mixture between the two.
After seeing the wonders of such grandeur, nobility, and divinity, naturally this has left me with a massive impression and big questions about my own future. I feel something cosmic, timeless, and transcendent pulling me, yet I can't yet place my finger on exactly where to. I suppose we'll have to wait and see what happens, eh?
Speaking of which, I'm finishing my final semester, so these next few months are extraordinarily intensive (I've never worked harder). However, I'll be uploading some old and new art as soon as possible (probably spring break). That includes previous commissions. I'll also be responding to messages soon, I promise!
All the best to you all.
